What is the color of the animals of our childhood: the dog, the cat, the imaginary dragon ... Who has not ever dreamed of seahorses and phosphorescent algae coming ?out of the water?

This seems to be the rational behind the actions of Cristiane’s (story) and Cadu’s (illustrations) Painter of Animals, a daydreaming farmer who disliked the big city because there he found everything ready, nothing left to the imagination, nothing yet to be dreamed or created. This story is an irresistible invitation to a land of fantasy, to a sort of Neverland where you can always be imaginative and creative.
